Let's Be Fantastic Friends
Thank you to all our fantastic friends who visited us throughout the summer for LRC-South's Summer SEL-A-BRATION! We had so much connecting with you and watching you learn about the SEL competencies. Let's Be Fantastic Friends closed out our five-week series on July 25, 2023, where participants engaged with various activites centered around relationship building. To start off the event, Mr. Jason read aloud Boxitects by Kim Smith to all our special guests. After storytime, families explored center stations such as Oh, What Box Fun, Friendship Bracelets and Cards, Design Your Own Flower Pot, Create a Bug!, Design a Happy Heart Box and Design Your Own Puzzle.
