Parity is essential to successful working co-teaching partnerships that support personal and professional needs and strengths of both partners. This recorded session discusses features of successful co-teaching relationships and how to establish parity. An example of a co-teaching constitution is provided by the co-teaching team leading this presentation. The follow up virtual discussion will provide participants an opportunity to discuss and create their own co-teaching constitution, as well as, explore additional resources to support building and sustaining your professional partnership.
