Social Awareness: K is for Kindness!
It was a SUPER SEL Day filled with hands-on learning and acts of kindness, as families joined the LRC-South for it's weekly summer series on Wednesday, July 6, 2022. Mr. Jason dressed in full costume as a storytime superhero presented Kindness is My Superpower by Alicia Ortego. After storytime, learners explored numerous SEL activities focused on being present and aware of other's feelings, differences and viewpoints.
