The Learning Resource Center-North (LRC-North) is an NJDOE, Office of Special Education project that promotes inclusive education by proactively addressing the needs of all learners. We support inclusive education by providing materials and resources to support students with disabilities, helping them succeed and achieve in the least restrictive environment.

LRC-North Membership
A free annual membership to LRC-North is available to parents, educators, pre-service educators, and those serving students with disabilities.
Membership provides access to LRC-North services, including our production center, lending library, and digital resources.
Please note: LRC members must be at least 18 years of age. Membership expires 12 months from the date of issue. Membership is only valid for the individual completing the form; you may not submit membership requests on behalf of other individuals (friends, relatives, coworkers, etc.). Members agree to be contacted via email and to adhere to all LRC policies.
All members will be asked to sign in with their membership number upon entering LRC-North.
Production Services
The LRC-North Production Center is an on-site collaborative work space where members can create educational materials for their students and classrooms. Services include die-cut machines, lamination, color poster printing, binding, and public computers.
Funded by the NJDOE, Office of Special Education, LRC members are provided with a $25 daily credit to use in the production center.Production services are for educational materials only.
LRC-North Online Orders
To place online orders, please send an email to lrcnorth.order@doe.nj.gov
Please include your membership number in the email and be as specific as possible.
- For instance, if you order posters, please specify the size of the poster (24x36 or 18x24) and whether you would like it laminated.
- Please do not include links, please download the document and attached the file to the email.
- There is a limit of three (3) orders per week. Please do not place multiple orders in one day.
