Since 1968, the Learning Resource Center (LRC) Network has been supporting the education of students with disabilities, helping them to succeed and to achieve in the least restrictive environment. The LRC Network is a project of the New Jersey Department of Education, Office of Special Education (OSE), and funded through IDEA Part B funds.

The LRC Network is comprised of four (4) LRCs strategically placed across the state of New Jersey to provide families of students with disabilities and educational professionals with information, materials, professional development, technical assistance, consultation, and best practices in special education.

LRC services include an educational resource lending library, an on-site production center, a digital library collection, professional learning opportunities, and consultation.

All LRC services are offered at no cost to members.
