B.A. in Leadership and Social Innovation
The Bachelor of Arts in Leadership & Social Innovation prepares students to work in existing and emerging industries in start-ups, foundations, not-for-profits, grass-roots organizations, and community organizations as well as in established markets such as business, government, and policy organizations. Students will be prepared to understand leadership and organizations, diversity, the design and evaluation of organizational initiatives, and grant acquisition and management. Students will also acquire the skills to lead within organizations, to work with diverse groups, to plan and evaluate organizational initiatives and to find, evaluate, secure and manage grants. Students will then incorporate these knowledge bases and skills into the concentration area they choose.
