The Post-Baccalaureate School Nursing Certification is offered through Global Learning and Partnerships of Rowan University. There are now two tracks we offer in the program: School Nurse Instructional Certification (Code 9221) and Non-Instructional Certification (Code 9003). View this document which explains the differences in the tracks.

*** NURS 03303 and NURS 03401 can be transferred into the program from a student’s undergraduate BA or BS degree program (not associate's degree) A minimum grade of B minus and 3 credits is required for consideration. See below description of Category 1 program.

***Please contact your Program Coordinator for a Transfer Credit Evaluation Form (TCEF) if considering transfer.

*** NURS 03303 and/or NURS 03401 are available through Rowan University, Department of Nursing, Virtua but prior approval may be required

*SNUR 92430 and SNUR92444 can be taken simultaneously for Instructional Certification (9221) Track

**SNUR 92466 must be completed with a B minus or better to move onto SNUR 92430 and/or SNUR 92444

All course work must be completed successfully to receive certification The Post-Baccalaureate School Nursing Instructional Certification program is a Category I program which mandates the following: (1) students must not receive a grade below B- in any course; this will require retaking the course (2) students must not receive more than TWO B- grades, and (3) they must maintain a GPA of 3.0. A student who is not able to maintain these standards will be dismissed from the program.
