The M.A. in Counseling in Educational Settings program is accredited by the Council for Accreditation of Counseling and Related Educational Programs (CACREP).

The New Jersey State Department of Education also approves Rowan's programs.

Assessment

The College of Education has identified conceptual competencies we incorporate into our programmatic coursework and clinical experiences for all programs in the COE. These competencies are clustered into our 4 pillars: Knowledge, Diversity, Technology, and Impact and have been defined at both the graduate and undergraduate levels.
