Biography

Dr. JoAnn B. Manning received her Doctorate of Educational Administration and Masters of Education from Temple University, and Bachelor of Science from Central State University. Her research and work focuses on educational leadership, turning around low performing schools and building family, school, and community partnerships. She currently teaches the following courses: Leadership Theory, Leadership through Professional Learning Communities, Changing Organizations, Issues in School Governance, Instructional Leadership and Curriculum, Planning and Negotiation and Advanced Leadership.
