Biography
Dr. Kathryn McGinn Luet received her Ph.D. in Education and M.S.Ed. in Secondary English Education from the University of Pennsylvania, and her B.A. in English from Bryn Mawr College. Her research focuses on urban education and school reform, parental engagement in education, and critical inquiry pedagogy in secondary and post-secondary classrooms. She currently teaches Teaching and Learning A: English Language Arts, Teaching and Learning B, English Language Arts, English Methods II, Clinical Practice in Subject-Matter Education, English Language Arts, Clinical Practice Seminar, and Teaching in Learning Communities II. She is the program coordinator for SME English.
