WE LEAD Conference

The WE LEAD (Women in Education Leadership) Conference is for all professionals who want to deepen their understanding of leadership, enhance their skillset, find their voice, and network with other leaders in the field to help move our schools to higher levels of success.
  • For P-12 Teachers and College Professors who want to deepen their ability to create an environment that fosters learning and connects with their students and families in a more meaningful way.
  • For College Administrators and Staff who want to develop their own capacity for growth and take new ideas back to campus to share with colleagues.
  • For Principals, Assistant Principals, and Supervisors leading programs/departments and are involved in decision making, who need to build relationships with stakeholders to move initiatives forward.
  • For Superintendents, Assistant Superintendents, and Directors in upper-level administration who want to raise their leadership capacity and learn skills and strategies to better serve their school/district community, students, and staff.
  • For College Presidents, Vice Presidents, Deans, and Directors who want to raise their leadership capacity and the capacity of those who they work with and support.

Program Objectives

  • Assist women leaders to better advocate for the needs of their students and communities.
  • Encourage leaders to take care of themselves by developing habits of reflection and mindfulness to aid them both personally and professionally.
