Biography

A licensed educator, school administrator (PA, NJ), and diversity practitioner, Pauline holds a BA from the University of Mary-Harden Baylor (Belton, TX); M.Ed from Virginia State University (Petersburg, VA); M. Div from New Brunswick Theological Seminary, and Ed.D. from Walden University (Minneapolis, MN).

Nationally and internationally traveled, having held senior leadership positions in various industries from national defense to academia, Pauline understands the foundation of diversity is embracing personal and diverse cultural perspectives.

As a diversity practitioner, she brings experience and expertise into bilateral values and outcomes conversations. With respect for the shared human history and different cultural experiences, she is reflective and self-aware with a deep understanding of and appreciation for community and belonging. She hones in on what unites instead of what divides.

Her approach to DEI-B is rooted in the constructs of history, heritage, faith, and scholarship. She believes that diversity does not make us different, it makes us unique.
