Biography
Mrs. Constance J. Raffa has been with Rowan University since July of 2006 when she joined the staff of the College of Education's Dean's Office. Connie moved to her current position as Placement Assistant in the Office of Field Experiences in July of 2013. Mrs. Raffa's primary responsibilities is to place the graduate students out in the field and then assist thePlacement Coordinator by communicating with local school districts to facilitate placements; and processing honorariums for Collaborating Teachers.
