2026 College of Education Alumni Awards
The College of Education proudly recognizes outstanding alumni who exemplify excellence, service, and leadership in their fields and communities. We invite you to nominate an exceptional graduate who has brought honor and distinction to Rowan University through their accomplishments and impact.
Award recipients will be celebrated at the College of Education Celebration Breakfast on Saturday, March 14, 2026, in the Eynon Ballroom at Rowan University’s Chamberlain Student Center.
Award Categories
Award for Community Service
Honors a Rowan University alumnus(a) who has made a substantial and positive difference within their community through volunteerism, philanthropy, or public service.
Award for Outstanding Achievement
Recognizes a Rowan University alumnus(a) who has demonstrated remarkable professional success in the field of education and brought distinction to the University through their accomplishments and leadership.
Award for University Engagement
Celebrates an alumnus(a) who has shown exceptional commitment to Rowan University and the College of Education through volunteer service, advocacy, and ongoing engagement that advances the College’s mission.
Emerging Educator Award
Honors a recent graduate from a College of Ed undergraduate program—within the past five years—who is already making a meaningful impact in their classroom or community. This award recognizes rising educators who embody the College’s values of innovation, leadership, and educational excellence.
Nomination Details
All nominations must be submitted through the official nomination form by Wednesday, December 10, 2025. Eligible nominees must hold a degree from Rowan University (or Glassboro State College) and be living at the time of consideration.
