Early Intervention Program
This is a fee-for-service program designed to service infants and toddlers, birth to age 3, with developmental delays and disabilities.
The program began at Rowan in 1995 and has since changed and grown to meet the requirements of both the state and communities and families it serves.
Services include physical, occupational, and speech therapy, along with general development intervention and deaf services.
